The Fathers Rights ‘Declaration of
Rebellion’

We hold these truths to be self-evident,
that all men, including women, are
created equal and endowed by nature's
Creator with unalienable rights; that
among these are life, liberty, property,
and the pursuit of happiness.
Men form government to secure these
rights for all citizens. And that
government derives its just powers from
the consent of the governed - and is at
all times accountable to them.
That whenever the government becomes
destructive to these ends, it is the
right of the people to alter or abolish
it or rebel from it in order to
institute a government that will secure
those unalienable rights for each and
every person.
A government long established should
not be changed for light and transient
causes. And, accordingly, all experience
has shown that mankind is disposed to
suffer while evils are sufferable, than
to right themselves by abolishing the
forms to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and
usurpations have clearly shown that
government policies are unjustly
reducing certain citizens to slave
status, denying their unalienable
rights, and altering the free
determinism of society's structure, it
is their right and their duty to throw
off such oppression.
The federal and state governments of
the U.S. have instituted policies to
deprive fathers - and other men- of
their unalienable rights. Actions that
such polices impose on them include:

denying fit fathers their constitutional
right to the direct care, protection and
companionship of their children without
the constitutional due process required
to deny any fundamental right
·
extorting monies continuously from
fathers unjustly denied their parental
rights to enrich the mothers to use
according in their own whim
·
incarcerating fathers who aren't able to
pay all the extortions imposed on them
without a jury trial of their peers
·
denying working and driving licenses to
fathers unable to make all the extortion
payments so they can’t work as they
wish
·
denying the type of work a father wishes
to choose if he can't pay all that's
imposed on him
·
denying fathers their right to travel
and leave the country without having
been convicted of a criminal offense
under due process
·
throwing a father out of his home simply
at the unsubstaniated whim of the mother
without constitutional due process
·
and other unjust actions…
These unconstitutional deprivations of
fathers derive from
government-instituted polices that
supposedly seek safety of women, best
interests of the child, and betterment
of women's positions. Such alleged
'greater goods' or privileges don't
justify the denial of fundamental rights
of any single citizen or group of
citizens - such as fathers.
Government has set up and funded offices
for women's issues that ultimately force
women's privileges over the rights of
other citizens. Incorporating such
privileges into laws - especially family
and domestic violence laws - has
promoted the growth of an enormous
industry associated with divorce,
paternity and domestic violence that
feeds off government funding and
government-extorted funding from
fathers.
Under a feminist-instigated perversion
of rights and laws divorce has become
rampant as has the number of
out-of-wedlock children and juvenile
delinquency. A fatherless society is
being engineered by women-based policies
and government-incentivized benefits for
all who participate in these government
perversions and rights denials of
fathers.
The family courts are the lynchpins that
originate most all the fathers' rights
which are the fundamental rights for
which this government was formed to
secure for all. These courts rule over
the most of these rights of fathers and
then deprive fathers of them with no
constitutional due process. Family
courts are a sham pretending legal
correctness.
A host of ancillary agents - lawyers,
social workers, federal and state
collection agencies, and mothers - live
off the extortion of fit fathers
deprived of their fundamental right to
parent their children and the denial of
their other rights to property,
self-determination and more.
The government, embedded with
feminist-based policies, along with its
agents and ancillaries propagandize the
need for allegedly 'greater goods' -
greater than the unalienable rights of
men and fathers, while vilifying fathers
who don’t comply with their unjust
demands. They cover up the truth of
matters at issue and the constitutional
denials taking place.
It’s the fundamental rights and their
constitutional protections of each and
every citizen that is the ‘greatest
good’ of a free republic. Only tyrannies
have ‘greater goods’ that transgress
unalienable rights for which this
republic was formed to secure.
At every stage of these government and
feminist-related oppressions, fathers
have petitioned for redress of
unconstitutional denials of their
fundamental rights.
But the higher courts are infected with
feminist-based privileges and propaganda
for women while denying fundamental and
equal rights to fathers especially under
family matters. They’ve upheld ‘the best
interest of the child’ as a greater good
over the fundamental rights of fit
parents and thereby foster a fatherless
society and a matriarchal family
structure – as envisioned by feminist
theory.
Repeated petitions by fathers have been
answered with repeated injuries to their
rights, their persons and their
children.
This unconstitutional standing of the
courts is further compounded by their
self-proclaimed immunity for
unconstitutional judgments they make.
They have made themselves unaccountable.
They are part of the tyrannical
oppression against fathers and
suppression of their rights.
We, the disenfranchised who seek to
secure our unalienable rights for
ourselves and our children from this
feminist-based government tyranny over
fathers, solemnly rebel from all such
tyrannical government orders and actions
that are derived from denying our
constitutional due process protections
and the unalienable rights they were
instituted to secure to us.
And for the support of this Declaration,
with a firm reliance on the protection
of divine Providence, we mutually pledge
to each other our lives, our fortunes
and our sacred honor.
