Women’s Rights Are Not Rights But Tyrannical Entitlements and Privileges

In a free society, ‘rights’ mean the unalienable rights referred to in America’s founding document, the Declaration of Independence - the ‘unalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness’. Such rights include the right to your property and your parental rights. Government is formed to secure those for each of us.

 

Entitlements are government-supplied benefits that take from some people to give to others. Supposedly, citizens vote for these benefits. Often it’s a form of stealing, though. Proponents of entitlements like to call them rights so that recipients can feel they deserve taking someone else’s property.

 

A socialist state supports entitlements as ‘rights’ and, thus, undermines the freedom of its people. The more they take, the more an individual’s self-determination is undermined. Socialist states direct how those in society should be benefitted and socialized through its policies.

 

When a state promises entitlements that actually take unalienable rights from some people to bestow privileges on others, it’s a tyranny. That’s because your unalienable rights are not subject to vote; they’re unalienable unless you are clearly proven to have committed a serious crime.  

 

Tyrannies propagandize such privileges as rights and denigrate those denied rights as undeserving or bad. Of course, ‘the bad’ are denied their unalienable right to a fair process to determine if they’re bad, while the accusations of their privileged accusers are taken as facts with no need for proof because the privileged accusers are to be believed. 

 

The unrelenting propaganda and enforcement of such tyrannical policies are necessary to keep everyone convinced of the need and benefits of such policies. But, of course, nothing is ever mentioned about the policies being tyrannical. It’s the needed benefits for the privileged and the badness of those denied rights which their propaganda addresses.

 

Women’s Rights are tyrannical privileges

Women’s Rights are composed of state enforced entitlements and privileges bestowed on women at the expense of both men’s unalienable rights and their property. (I’m not talking about the right to vote for women, here.) Adoption of them has led to the methodical destruction of fathers, families¸ and freedom. The continuing onslaught of women’s rights legislation is engineering an anti-man matriarchal tyranny in the western world and wherever else it can get a foothold. But, of course, the rotten fruits of their policies are covered up under a barrage of feminist propaganda and distortions.

 

The need for ‘greater good’ excuses produces tryanny

The ‘needs’ that feminism uses to get the state to impose its policies on society are supposedly ‘greater goods’. I use the phrase ‘greater good’ to describe these needs because they operationally imply that they take precedence over the constitutional rights of men – and women if so used. But our unalienable rights that are supposed to be constitutionally secured for each of us are in fact the greater goods that a free society upholds.

 

Of course, never is it mentioned that the feminist-proclaimed ‘greater good’ excuses are to supersede the unalienable rights of men. But, in fact, they do under feminist-influenced state legal policies. Feminists hide from discussing or proclaiming such inconvenient truths.

 

 

 

Two ‘greater good’ excuses imposed by women’s rights-based legislation and propaganda are, naturally, commendable-sounding phrases. They are ‘the safety of women’ and ‘the best interest of the child’. 

 

On the surface many people of both sexes may herald such concerns as valid. But how these greater good excuses are propagandized as needed and enforced under feminist-based state policies reveals the anti-man tyranny that has arisen under feminism. That’s what makes these alleged goods part of the Feminist Fraud.

 

Feminist Jurisprudence – Women’s legal privileges that override men’s constitutional protections

The state’s imposition of both of these greater good excuses:

·         Is imposed through the judicial and prosecutorial process that generally excludes public participation and awareness of facts

·         Occurs generally in an adversarial confrontation between a man and a woman

·         Involves litigation where both litigants’ constitutional rights are at stake

·         Substitutes an expedient and unfair process for male litigants that completely ignores the required constitutional due process when constitutional rights of litigants are at stake

·         Ignores long established evidentiary standards and the elements of a real criminal act

·         Generally relies on ‘believing what the woman states and ignores objective evidence, often ignores what the man says, and virtually ignores a woman’s perjury when revealed

·         Generally rests on inferences of abuse with the assumption that only men are naturally abusive while women are victims of that abuse

·         Overwhelmingly privileges women with benefits that are at the direct expense of men’s constitutional rights, possessions and his punishment in one way or another

 

Feminists under the ‘safety of women’ excuse instigated the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) that has caused the government to funded repeated billions of dollars for over 10 years. With this money, feminist and other women’s right organizations have propagandize men as abusers and women as victims while helping to pervert the police and prosecutorial process against male defendants that’s directly violates their constitutional rights against false accusations.

 

In addition, feminist literature supports these legal perversions by defining almost any behavior of men as abusive – like ‘using logic’ and simply yelling to convince more women to seek restraining orders on husbands and fathers that immediately deprives them of their children and their home.    

 

The Feminist-driven family court uses the ‘best interest of the child’ to unjustly ignore a fit father’s unalienable right to parent his own child at least equally to the mother. By denying the father’s parental rights, it awards the child to the mother and extorts from the father what are euphemistically called ‘child support’ payments for whatever use she wants for up to 20 years or more.

 

If the court even considered a shared custody arrangement between parents, the ‘safety of women’ excuse with its feminist abuse accusations and privilege would quickly - and unconstitutionally – eliminate the father. Fathers, also, are easily criminalized, jailed, and denied more of their rights if they can’t pay the extortionary levels of child support ordered. 

 

State implementation of both these feminist ‘greater good’ excuses and other ‘women’s rights’ demands – such as for ‘equal rights for women’ or state payments for single mothers – are based on tyrannical denials of unalienable rights of men and fathers. The damage they’ve done to men, children, families and freedom is monstrous and growing. Achievements claimed by such feminist programs are propagandized to obscure or hide the truth of the devastation it has wrought. It’s all a fraud: the Feminist Fraud.

 

Exposing the Feminist Fraud

Feminism operationally leads to tyranny because its implementation is necessarily tyrannical. It’s afraid of the free choice and associations of a free people whose inalienable rights are secured for all.  It requires tyrannical force to implement its women-centered view of society.

 

Speaking the truth against the barrage of feminist propaganda is the path to freedom for everyone based on ‘real’ rights – the unalienable rights that each of us deserves.
