Feminist-Fostered Social Fallout of ‘Best Interest of the Child’ and ‘Safety of Women’ Excuses

Of course, these excuses are a sham. But they’re part of the feminist propaganda slogans that are used to hijack the judiciary to produce feminist family outcomes and, then, to demand that government – ultimately taxpayers and fathers – fund their wishes. So what is evolving in society from feminist jurisprudence and its social engineering police state? Here’s part of it.

The ‘greater good’ excuses in the above title are perversions of law that have put these excuses above the unalienable rights of fathers and their constitutional protections which our country was formed to secure for all of us. Today’s legal rationale that makes the greater good excuse trump our fundamental rights is called feminist jurisprudence. This is law for and by women that ignores the fundamental rights and protections of men against women’s claims.

These ‘excuses’ are used principally to foster certain overwhelming outcomes for family courts judgments. Family court judgments determine rights and benefits of custodial parents of children under either divorce or paternity actions and the obligations of noncustodial parents. The outcomes overwhelmingly divorce fathers from their children and extort endless payments from them for doing so – while assuring more single-mother headed families.

Approximately 50% of first marriages now end in divorce, and second marriages are even higher  - ever wonder why? Out-of-wedlock relationships that produce children are rampant and growing.  So you can see most everyone will end up confronting family court and its judgments. The social re-engineering of family and society are well on track.

Mother’s incentive to rid a father of his right to parent

The feminist perversion of domestic laws has virtually guaranteed that a mother will have physical and legal custody of her children no matter how fit the father is. He will be relegated to a noncustodial status, be obligated to pay the mother child support for up to 23 years in some states, and pay at rates that will leave him destitute if not nearly so. No law requires that she use the child support for the children. 

And he’ll have virtually no ability to enforce whatever right he has to control or influence his children. He’ll become a visitor – a distant visitor - at best and often alienated to his children by the mother’s influence. If he doesn’t comply, he’ll go to jail under more feminist jurisprudence.

I’ve commented on the clear and gross unconstitutionality of all this and the violations of Maxims of law, elsewhere. It’s a given.

The social fallout for fathers

The unjust denial of their rights, their children, much of their earnings, and their easy criminalization has rightfully demoralized many fathers under this feminazi justice system. Some of the fallout has been:

·        Soaring suicide rates for divorced-displaced fathers

·        Higher death rate and shorter lifespan for divorced fathers

·        Loss of a family connection as fathers age since their alienated children are lost to them

·        Impoverishment since the continual high extortion of their earnings leaves nothing to save for their future

·        Elimination of fathers from family structures

·        A growing incarceration rate for fathers owing extortionary child support

The social fallout to their children

How do the children of fatherless homes fare? Statistics show that they account for:

·        90% of all homeless and runaway children

·        85% of all children that exhibit behavioral disorders

·        85% of all youths sitting in prisons

·        80% of rapists motivated with displaced anger

·        75% of all adolescent patients in chemical abuse centers

·        71% of pregnant teenagers

·        71% of all high school dropouts

·        70% of juveniles in state-operated institutions come from fatherless homes

·        63% of youth suicides

Single mother-headed families fallout

The growing number of single mother-headed families is no surprise. It’s exactly consistent with what the incentives the government creates.

In fact, child support is greatest per child when each child has a different father. That’s why single mother with multi-father children ‘families’ are the fastest growing segment of mother-headed families.

And what is the response of the powers that be?

If you’ve read or heard about gangs of boys racking havoc you wonder why no news commentators ever comments on the fact that fathers have been yanked out of those kids’ lives by unfair government processes and incentives. Fathers are the most important influence on their children’s success and self-image.

But you hear nothing - nothing about this social damage caused by the direct, purposeful elimination of fit fathers from families. That’s not PC; it’s not part of the ‘agenda’.

Virtual silence reigns about:

• ·        statistics on how many fathers are eliminated by family courts,

• ·        statistics on how many fathers are sent to jail for not being able to pay the child extortion ordered

• ·        statistics on the social pathology of fatherless children

That’s because they would reveal the ‘abuse’ that femi-nazism has imposed on society and its laws.  It’s all simply ignored.

The European Parliament’s Women’s Rights Committee, perhaps, typifies the ‘elites’ handling of the growth of single women-headed families. It’s seen as a natural progression of the family, women’s freedom of choice, and then seeks ways to help these women care for the families more conveniently. That, of course, means more government benefits and privileges for them, assuring that fathers pay all the child support ordered – perhaps to the state - so the state can assure payments to the mothers, and a host of other assurances. 

No mention is made of any rights of fathers – or their children’s natural right to them. That’s now passé.
